Had a solid wi-fi connection while I caught up on some work, and the manager even helped me with my bags. The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient and efficient, just a few blocks down the road!

Had a great group vacation at this hotel! We explored Hollywood Park Casino and visited the local area with friends. The hotel was clean, comfy, and had friendly staff. The owner showed us around, and the wifi was reliable. Parking was easy, which was a plus. Definitely recommend this place for a budget trip.

I checked into Lax Suites and found it convenient for my needs, especially its proximity to LAX. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room had a comfortable bed and was surprisingly clean. Plenty of parking spaces made it easy to arrive and leave without hassle. The basic kitchen setup was nice, but the microwave left a lot to be desired. it took forever to warm anything up, and I noticed a sign saying not to run it with the AC. The internet connection struggled a lot, dropping frequently. I couldn’t complete simple tasks without switching to my phone's hotspot. The lack of any seating area in the lobby felt odd, and I felt a bit disconnected from the hotel vibe. I didn’t appreciate the $5 deposit for the key card. that felt unnecessary. Overall, I liked the safety of the area and the amenities offered, but room for improvement exists in the service.

The room was pretty spacious with a comfortable queen bed, but definitely dated. The cleanliness was a bit iffy. The water pressure was great, and it was nice and hot, but the bathroom items were old. Honestly, I didn’t love the dusty furniture and streaky floor. The view wasn’t much, and it got noisy sometimes, especially on the first floor with people coming and going. Just be prepared to clean a bit before you settle in!
